Instructions

The Staple Pilot™ was designed to be compatible with select palm driver brands. Each palm driver has a unique attachment process, so installation varies for each product.

  1. Ensure that your palm nailer is turned off.

  2. Consult your palm nailer manual for guidance on removing the OEM attachment bit.

  3. If necessary, remove the Staple Pilot™ magnetic collar with the provided hex key.

  4. Securely thread the Staple Pilot into the palm nailer.

  5. Compress the Staple Pilot™ to ensure all parts are moving correctly.

Milwaukee M12 Disassembly:

1. Place the palm nailer into a vice.

2. Use a wrench to loosen the very tight collar.

3. Slide out the nailer bit and install Staple Pilot!

Bostitch PN100K Disassembly:

1. Use the wrench provided with the PN100K, or your own wrench, to loosen the collar.

2. Slide out the nailer bit and install Staple Pilot!

RIDGID R350PNF Disassembly:

1. Remove the rubber grommets from the black pins.

2. Slide out the pins.

3. The collar mechanism will disconnect and you’re able to install Staple Pilot!

  • All Staple Pilot™ products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects. This warranty coverage does not cover defects caused by owner/user abuse, negligence, or if the product was not used as intended. To the fullest extent possible under applicable law, Staple Pilot™ will not be liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages. To initiate a warranty exchange, please contact info@staplepilot.com with your order number.

  • Exchanges must take place within 14 days of delivery and require proof of purchase. Buyer pays all shipping charges.

  • No returns are accepted.

  • Secure checkout is available through PayPal and Stripe.

Compatibility

Staple Pilot™ is only compatible with select Palm Nailers and Staples. Please ensure you have one of the compatible Palm Nailers before ordering.

  • Staple Pilot™ is available in (3) models, the PNM100, PNB100, and PNR100.

  • Each model is only compatible with a specific Palm Nailer:

    • PNM100 = Milwaukee M12 Palm Nailer

    • PNB100 = Bostitch PN100K Palm Nailer

    • PNR100 = RIDGID R350PNF Palm Nailer

  • Staple Pilot™ is only compatible with select Gardner Bender and SouthWire 1/2” and 1-1/2” NM Staples, non-insulated or insulated with the plastic clips shown.

  • Staple Pilot™ is NOT compatible with 9/16” Staples, Viking Brand Staples, or Gardner Bender MDI-1550Y “PVC Dipped” NM Cable Staples.
